Once you get the hang of it, it is easy. It simply takes practice, so that the person doesn’t feel embarrassed and proud and is able to simply say: ‘I didn’t mean it, I’m truly sorry!’ If we teach our children from a young age, it will become second nature to apologize for any wrong-doings.
