The California Delta, also known as the Sacramento-San Joaquin River Delta, is located in Northern California, where the Sacramento River and San Joaquin River meet before flowing into the San Francisco Bay. It covers parts of Sacramento, San Joaquin, Contra Costa, Solano, and Yolo counties and spans over 1,000 miles of navigable waterways.

It is east of the San Francisco Bay Area, north of Stockton, and west of Sacramento, making it a prime location for boating, wake surfing, and fishing. The Delta serves as a major water source for California, a rich wildlife habitat, and a popular recreation area.

One of the Best Striped Bass Fisheries in the U.S. – The Delta is a fishing paradise, famous for striped bass, sturgeon, largemouth bass, and catfish.
