A brief video of moments with a blue roan mustang stallion on the Warm Springs range in SE Oregon. We hadn't been to the Warm Springs HMA since they gathered most of the herds September 2018. But decided to go up there on the way another range to see what we can see, and so glad we did While we only saw the one blue roan mustang as far as the eye can see, but he was a dandy!
We couldn't get much higher than that in elevation as there was snow, and had to do a 30-pt turn to head back down the mountain, so we were snowed out to see if there were more mustangs higher up. Next time!
