Autirorizing Registration (eCAR):
oo2. Certified true copy of the original CAR (cop"v of the Registry of Deeds)
pertaining to the fransfer of propertv prior to the issuance of
Original/Transfer Certificate of Title (GCT/TCT) or Condominium
Certificate of Title (CCT) rvhich is the subject of tirc current saleltransfer, or
certiflrcation issued by the Registry of lleeds indicating the serial nurnber of
the CAR, date of issuance of CAR' fhe llevenue flistrict Office Number of the
district office that issued the CAR, tire name of the Revenue District Officer
who signed the CAR, the fype of taxes paid and the arnount of pa--vrnent per
tax type.
The aforementioned rlocument shall be subrnitted for OCTITCT/CCT issuecl
starting 2007, in case the Register of Beeds fails to anruotate the information
contained in the CAR as prescribed under Section 5 of Revenue }tegulntions
No.24-2002 dated November 15,2002 and Section 1 of h{emorandum Order
1{o. 233 dated Deccmber 11, 2006 issued by President Gloria NtracapagalArroyo,
as circularized in Revenue i1{ernorandum Circular No. 3-2007."
