Описание: The introduction of the Itrax XRF core scanner, manufactured by Cox Analytical of Sweden, represents a major development in the rapid, non-destructive investigation of sediment cores.

The Itrax uniquely integrates advanced optical , radiographic and X-ray spectrometry sensors to analyse sediment cores.
Cores are incrementally analysed on the Itrax and the X-ray spectra from each point are processed and saved using software developed by Cox Analytical. A high-resolution sediment scan may typically record up to 5000 spectra from each meter of core.

Itrax users require efficient graphical visualization tool. ItraxPlot software meets the challenge of rapidly and efficiently displaying Itrax core data and reduces the large data set to one or more visually-efficient graphical displays.
