In this case study, I sit down with Dylan from Stacks- a fractional CFO and accounting firm managing close to 90 clients across multiple industries.
Dylan and his team initially came to us because their existing automations kept breaking with nobody keeping them running. That turned into an ongoing partnership. The big project was a sales dashboard that Dylan had been trying to figure out for over a year- working with his sales coach, reformatting his CRM, trying different approaches. Nothing gave him accurate sales data.
We built it out in about three weeks. The dashboard tracks discovery calls, qualified rates, close rates, average sales cycle length, deal sizes, and more- all at a glance. Before this, Dylan and his business partner were going off gut feeling. Now they pull up the dashboard and know exactly what's going on.
We also talk about what's next- they're migrating to a new project management system built for their industry, so we're building out the automations to connect sales to onboarding to fulfillment so nothing breaks during that transition.
