Planning and loading what you will quilt and marking a border are highlighted and discussed at the beginning of this video. Most of the quilting you will watch is ruler work and free motion design. I use ProStitcher to mark and stitch a long ditch and to add cross-hatch inside squares.
I am working on a HandiQuilter Amara 20. I use Glide thread in top and bobbin. I mark with a Mark-B-Gone marker and use rulers from The Quilted Pineapple.
I had new video equipment for this one which was a challenge for me, and I didn't get everything done how I wanted to do it. I am hoping that improves real soon, and I get back to giving good close-up views.
