This case a new fuel pump from autozone fixed the problem.
Note ((( new doesn't mean good )))
It was towed to my house and the shop told the owner needs a pcm.
They replaced the fuel pump new from advanced auto parts but it was weak and they assumed that the fuel pump is good.
Summary
Crancking no starting or very hard starting.

Note((((fuel pressure check and the wiring check should be done within 8 seconds after turning the ignition key on dont cranck it ))))
1- check your fuel pressure at the fuel port guage when you turn the key on within (1-8) seconds and the pressure Usually (45-60 psi) . If pressure good then look for other issues or do the fuel volume test.
if pressure not good then check your fuel filter to see if its plugged especially if its never been changed.
2- check the wiring under the rear passenger seat look for 2 thick wires one power and one ground using a multimeter. You check it for power or ground when you turn your key on (dont start or crank) during 1 to 8 seconds. If you have a power and ground voltage then it cold be a bad or a weak fuel pump. Change it with the fuel filter or you will change it twice.
3- if you dont have a power or ground within 8 seconds then check the fuse and diode and the relay for the fuel pump.
