Instead of trying to silence or defeat the inner critic, we’ll explore why it often shows up as a protector (trying to prevent rejection, shame, or failure), and how to shift your self-talk in a way your nervous system can actually accept.
You’ll learn a simple practice we use in therapy called the 10% Shift: moving your self-talk just 10% away from judgment and toward observation + next step—without forcing positivity.
