What are some of the qualities you are ready to embody as you step forward into this new season on earth?
Practicing the "I Am" practice I shared and demonstrated in this morning's video is a powerful way to declare to yourself and to the entire creative field just what you are up to!
Drop deep with your Pause...Lean Back...Breathe....& Embody for some moments in order to catch some qualities/ words that you are eager to embody.
Make note of them in your journal and begin to practice out loud...I am ________, I walk ______, I live______, I share_______, I receive________, I love_______, I am _______!!
Perhaps , you begin with three qualities/ words you are ready to embody and you speak them into being as you drive to work, take a solo walk, embark upon your morning practice at home.
Rinse & repeat!
