This is among the easiest ones and I already had a better time than the developer by about three seconds. It's an easy track to keep blue fire on and as long as you can do that, you should beat the developer. Just be aware that the first blue fire pad gives you the fastest blue fire. If you touch the wall in the tunnel, you'll get the fire back, but you'll go slower.
