This was my third Pilates session, and I’m officially hooked.
As I prepare for the 2026 season, I’m shifting my focus to the 80% off the track — recovery, mobility, flexibility, posture, core strength, sleep, nutrition, and mental health.
The other 20%?Training, lifting, and competition.
Pilates helps me:• improve flexibility & posture• build deep core strength• move with more control• recover without beating my body up
And no — Pilates isn’t just for women.
Athletes across the NBA, NFL, and track & field use it as part of their recovery.
