This is a hike at the endo of Val di Genova, Matarot is an easy via ferrata that "walk" you till Lobbia glacier. You can reach Caduti dell'Adamello hut at 3050 m from which you can see Mandrone glacier as well. You can decide to stop and admire the landscape or go to the top of a peak. I decided to walk through the passo delle Topette following the down part of the glacier in a remote area to which really few people go
