The Euro Pan American Winners League is an exclusive virtual fantasy custom tournament exclusively for winners of the Euro Pan American Cup/Euro Pan American Championship. Unlike the EPAC, the EPA Winners League consists of six groups and 21 teams, all of whom won the EPAC, which was invented by Gilbert and Roderick over 21 years ago. Teams that have won this fantasy tournament are Italy, Germany, England, Argentina, Uruguay, Brazil, and Spain. Unlike the EPAC, the host country is assigned to Group A; the defending champion is assigned to any other group. There can only be a single host country at the EPA Winners League.
