Описание: Located in the Beautiful Sierra Nevada Mountain Range, Yosemite National Park is packed full of breathtaking beauty and endless vistas. From raging rivers to some of the most sought after hiking in the world, this park has it all.

This beautiful valley was first inhabited by different native tribes. One of the most prominent at the time that settler's arrived in the 1800s was the Ahwahheechee tribe. The name Yosemite came from a mispronunciation of the tribes name. The gold rush of 1851 led to great conflict with the tribe and newcomers who wanted to inhabit the area to make new money. Eventually the tribe had to give up their land and move to a reservation outside of the area.

In 1864 President Abraham Lincoln could foresee the threats brought about by humans and development to make the area more accessible. The President signed the a bill called the Yosemite Grant. A start to protecting the area from further destruction.

Yosemite was later declared a National Park on October 1st 1890.

In 1903 Theodore Roosevelt spent time at the park and was convinced to give control of the land to the U.S Government, removing control from the state and even further protecting the land, this then was finalized and official in 1906.

We figured what better way to enjoy this area than in the open air and freedom that two wheels provide you. There is no better way to feel like one with the environment you are riding through.
