In this special clip from the Islamic Center of Detroit’s 25th Anniversary Gala, Lieutenant Governor Garlin Gilchrist II and the State of Michigan honor ICD for its commitment to accessible, faith-informed mental health care through the My Mental Wellness clinic.
By Allah’s grace, My Mental Wellness has:
• Provided over 1,600 free sessions to the community
• Grown to 6 dedicated clinicians
• Continued to offer compassionate, culturally competent, and faith-rooted care to individuals and families across the Detroit area
