Lamb Kaleji 1/2 kg
Yougart 1 cup
Cooking oil 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves 3-4 tbs
Green chillies 2
Garlic 4-5 cloves
Onion 1 medium
Lemon juice 1&1/2 tbs
Dry spices:
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Termeric powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tbs
Laung 5-6
Darchini 1 inch
Black pepper 8-10
Black cardamom 1
Bay leaf 1
Cumin powder 1/2 tbs
Kasuri Meethi 1/2 tbs
Salt 1 tsp
