In this CTF challenge, I analyze an oversized QR code that is too large to be scanned by standard QR readers.
By importing the image into CyberChef, I extract and parse the raw data hidden inside the QR structure.
Inside the decoded data, I discover a second embedded QR code that reveals the next stage of the challenge.
By reconstructing and scanning this inner QR code, I’m able to uncover the final flag and complete the challenge.
