Описание: HUD's Office of Affordable Housing Programs sponsored a webinar to provide an in-depth review of the referral methods for Non-Congregate Shelter (NCS) projects for Participating Jurisdictions (PJs) developing NCS units. PJs must use a HOME Investment Partnerships American Rescue Plan Program (HOME-ARP) approved referral method to ensure all Qualifying Populations (QPs) have access to the HOME-ARP NCS and that preferences, if established, are implemented in accordance with HOME-ARP requirements.
