Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 is a high-intensity, near-future first-person shooter developed by Treyarch and Raven Software, set in the year 2035. You play as David “Section” Mason, leading a JSOC team into the sprawling Mediterranean metropolis of Avalon, where a sinister plot unravels — one that blurs the lines between fear, technology, and psychological warfare.

The game features three main pillars: a co-op campaign, multiplayer, and a round-based Zombies mode. In the campaign, you can go solo or squad up (1–4 players) and navigate missions across diverse and cinematic locales — from neon-lit Tokyo rooftops to the rugged Mediterranean coast — while confronting haunting conspiracies and internal demons.

Multiplayer launches with 16 new 6v6 maps, 2 large 20v20 maps, and a refined omnimovement system that brings back wall-jumping, sliding, and dynamic movement. You’ll also get over 30 weapons to customize, and a new “Overclock” system to upgrade your gear, scorestreaks, and loadouts over time.

In Zombies mode, you’re dropped into the Dark Aether, a shifting, nightmarish realm full of danger. The map “Ashes of the Damned” features grotesque monsters (such as Ravagers and Zursa), jump pads, traps, and a powerful wonder weapon called the Necrofluid Gauntlet.

Black Ops 7 also brings back Weapon Prestige — letting you reset and re-earn mastery — and introduces Weapon Build Sharing, so you can share your custom loadouts with friends.

Overall, Black Ops 7 promises a layered and emotionally intense Call of Duty experience, blending futuristic combat, psychological stakes, and cooperative play in a more expansive—and haunting—Black Ops world.
