This is the RotorTech 420 Ultimate, the highest performance blade for 420 size helicopters with 12mm HV servos and 5mm blade grips available today. This blade significantly improves the power management compared to the narrow chord stock blades typically delivered with modern helicopter kits of this size.

The RT-420U was designed to drastically improve the performance of all 3 of the said helicopters available today, resulting in significant performance gains, drastically reduced bogging (especially for helicopters with a 1:1 ratio between motor and rotor), extended flight times and cooler running power systems.

I typically avoid drawing comparisons to existing blades, but since there barely is any choice, I will make an exception. Compared to the currently most prevalent blade in this size class, the RT-420U delivers the following qualities, which are mutually inclusive:

10% increase in rotor thrust at same collective angles
15-20% increased flight times at increased flight performance
15% increased rotational rates without sacrificing stability or linearity
25% increased blade stall margin at comparable thrust level
Vastly improved low RPM performance
Significantly improved audio signature

Prototyping stage has concluded, production will start in the coming days.
