In this series the Head Stand Yoga Bench supports some advance postures to make them more accessible.
Everyone in our house loves using the bench.
Note; When you first go upside down, keep your feet on the floor for up to 1 minute.
This gives the heart a chance to pump the blood up to the torso, preventing a head rush.
