lamb biryani ingredients:
1/2 cup cooking oil
3 tbs ginger garlic paste
3 medium tomato puree
3 medium potatoes
4 cup boiled basmati rice
1 & 1/2 tsp coriander powder
1 & 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 pinch yellow food colour
lamb marination ingredients:
1 kg lamb 2 cup yogurt
70 grams homemade biryani masala

tarka ingredients:
1/4 cup cooking oil
1 tsp ginger
1 small onion
1 green chilli
1 tsp cumin seeds
for garnish:
mint leaves
green chillies
ginger julienne
1 tsp cumin powder
