How to grow perfect cucumbers! It is easier than you think!! It all starts with good soil. Just amend your soil with compost and composted manure. Mix the soil together with a potato or garden fork and top dress with an organic fertilizer. Create a trough with the soil to plant the cucumber seeds in to make watering easier. To make the cucumber ladder cut one hog panel in half and secure with four T-posts. Help the vines up the ladder by setting the vines on the top of the hog panels. Harvest cucumbers early and often… do not leave cucumbers on the vine and get too big. Thank you for following along as I brought life back to the gardens at home. I will share tips and ideas about garden design and vegetable gardening.
