Methi Ka Thecha is a traditional Maharashtrian side preparation made by coarsely crushing fresh fenugreek leaves with green chilies, garlic, peanuts, and spices. It is rustic and earthy with balanced heat, and is served in small amounts with plain rice or bhakri, not blended like a chutney.
મેથી નો ઠેચો મહારાષ્ટ્રની પરંપરાગત વાનગી છે, જેમાં તાજા મેથી, મરચાં, લસણ અને શિંગદાણાને ખલબત્તામાં દરદરો પીસીને બનાવવામાં આવે છે. આ ચટણી નથી, પરંતુ ભાત અથવા ભાખરી સાથે પીરસાતો તીખો સાથ છે.
