AES Beam saw CNC is designed for the serious industry market, fast flexible and very precise cutting.
Alpha has a work area of 2200x4250mm and a clamping system that ensures accuracy. Using up to 10 clamp units, 2 of which work together with the support axis which has 100 to 1000mm processing capacity. The saw unit is a fast 150m/min and powerful 27kW motor. The machine options start at 320mm saw diameter (55mm cutting depth) up to 460mm (120mm cutting depth) all with a 200mm scriber blade. Designed for maximum use yet with minimum maintenance cost. A rear pusher bridge option saves time by pushing the work into the processing area when the lift level is set, and labelling of all parts is another option.
