This is a continuation of the first day with the backhoe this December at the ocean view project here in Playa Hermosa, Jaco, Costa Rica. In the morning we were able to get quite a bit work done on the public road facing part of the property as well in the main entrance. This took about 4 hours and then we moved onto the main part of the job, redressing the home site terrazas and fixing the internal access roads which were un-passable due to heavy rains and lack of maintenance.
We went directly to the top, prime ocean view lot with its three white water view terrazas or terraces and got to work. The cut slopes needed to be reshaped and some material needed to be removed to be used as fill to repair the roads.
A 9 hour day with two more to come...in the next video.
