Q: Why 99% and not 100%?
A: The Wii Version of this Game has a bug which hinders you to unlock two stamps and therefore unlocking the final Stamp. So now matter what you do you will be missing three Stamps in the end and therefore not being able to see the final and unlock the final cutscene. Making you stuck at 99%
•This information was made public by RNGWalkthroughs, which did a 99% Walkthrough of the Wii Version of this game in 2018. He did reach out to the Lead ame Director which confirmed that it's possible that a bug squashed through which wasn't noticed.
Without his walkthrough and this information I wouldn't have been able to make this Longplay.
