All valuations were correct at the time of broadcast. Appraiser Charlotte Riordan is delighted to see these paintings, created by Kim Tschang-yeul in 1974. The pair of raindrop-themed works feature a three-dimensional effect set against a backdrop of sand and have become extremely sought-after. Bought through a family connection to the artist for a few hundred pounds, this couple are amazed to find out just how valuable they have become! The experts from Antiques Roadshow take a look at some fantastic antiques and the history and stories surrounding them. This clip was filmed at the Royal Botanic Garden in Edinburgh in 2022.
