Shoulders training session with 2 sessions. Day session kettlebell side raise swings done for a giant set. Minimal rest just to change weights.
Night time session: Circuit style training session resting enough just to document and change dumbbells when needed.
Seated dumbbell shoulder press: 10lbsx12reps, 15lbsx12reps, 20lbsx12reps, 25lbsx8reps, 30lbsx6reps
Side raises: 10lbsx12reps, 15lbsx12reps, 20lbsx6reps, 10lbsx12reps, 10lbsx12reps
Front raises: 10lbsx12reps, 15lbsx12reps, 20lbsx6reps, 10lbsx12reps, 10lbsx12reps
Rotator cuff: 3 continuous sets 5lbsx12reps to finish off
