**Ingredients**
5 Ripe Plantain
Ginger - 1/2 to 1 Cup (when diced )
Onions - 1 medium
Dry Chillies - to your taste
Cloves - 1/2 tbsp
Grains of Selim - 6-8 pieces
Calabash Nutmeg(ground) - 1/2 tsp or 1 whole
Aniseed - 1 tsp
salt to taste
