We have been working remote until March 2020 and today she announced at the most recent general staff meeting how we need to all get back into the office because we are a "relationship" focused business and that happens best in the office. How? Our clients are not in the office. We speak to them through email and sometimes by phone.
Our productivity or metrics have not been hurting since going remote and we have been collaborating better since. The CEO is basically admitting that there is no data backing this decision and we just have to come in.
