Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped us to raise a staggering £43,808.61 for our charity partner SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity.

Pack a picnic, chill the fizz and join us for an afternoon and evening of uplifting music and breathtaking aerial and pyrotechnic displays in glorious stately home settings.

The orchestral programme will be performed by the New English Concert Orchestra and include iconic modern pieces from film, TV and the musicals alongside beautiful classical favourites you’ll know and love.

As is Battle Proms tradition, the musical delights start in the afternoon with the gorgeous vintage harmonies of the Battle Proms Belles warming up the crowd with their live band, and culminate in a jubilant flag-waving, sing-along finale with all the traditional ‘last night of the proms’ favourites under a sky of dazzling fireworks.

You will also be treated to a horseback ‘Cavalry through the Ages’ show plus breathtaking displays from the British Army’s world-famous Red Devils parachutists and the legendary Grace Spitfire, the iconic WW2 fighter plane performing a meticulously choreographed aerial display to the opening pieces of the orchestral performance.

All the action takes place in the grounds of four of the UK’s most celebrated stately homes:
Saturday 5 July - Blenheim Palace, Oxfordshire
Saturday 13 July - Burghley House, Lincolnshire
Saturday 19 July - Hatfield Park, Hertfordshire
Saturday 2 August Highclere Castle, Hampshire

With such a packed programme it’s a great value day out for the whole family, and you are welcome to bring your own picnics and drinks into the auditorium so there’s nothing to pay above the ticket price.
