These are one of the most worthwhile trampwall skills out there- once you get the hang of the basic version, you’re free to do any shape or variation you want in the air!
Expect to have feel sore in your calves, quads, and lower body in general after training these. You’re essentially doing trampoline-assisted plyometrics.
