Machine Performance
(1) Finished product
This is a completely automatic rewinding machine (roll to roll) that allows to rewind air bubble film & PE Foam for packaging in small rolls without internal core.
(2) Feeding materials
a. Air bubble film bubble : ψ10mm
b. PE Foam : 1 to 5 mm
(3) Max diameter of the mother roll : 1,500 mm (max 30 kg roll)
(4) Width of production : 300 - 1600 mm
(5) Length of the produce rolls (min/max) : 3 - 30 meter
with bubble Dia. 10 × Height 4 mm air bubble
(6) Rewinding dia. (min/max) : 80 - 300 mm (with air bubble film 2 layersψ10mm)
(7) Production speed:
a. 5 m roll : Around 180 cycle/hour
b. 10 m roll : Around 140 cycle/hour
