Does a Tilt Tomahawk Fork work on an MGP MFX Deck and, if so, can it be used with HIC Compression?
Yes! The Tilt Tomahawk fork can be used on an MGP MFX Deck. To use the fork with HIC compression simply add a Root Industries HIC Kit. Be aware that the compression cap and compression bolt that come with the Root Industries HIC kit do not work with the Tilt Tomahawk fork, but the compression shim does. You will need to get a Tilt compression cap and Tilt compression bolt to use with the Root Industries compression ship. This bolt and cap do not always get sold with the fork. It is usually sold separately.
By the way, this set up will work with oversized bars. If you want to use standard bars, you can use an SCS clamp instead of the HIC kit. This will then be SCS compression.
