It's Time To Choose

Описание: There is a Chinese Proverb that I love: If you don’t change your direction, you might end up where you are heading.

I have a question for you. Do you know where you are heading? Are you heading there on purpose? Or are you just taking it day by day and going with the flow or with whomever is the dominant force in your life?

Let me be clear, I am not asking these questions from a judgmental point of view. I am just asking if you have given it much thought?

For many years, I thought I was actively choosing and making conscious choices that aligned with my heart and soul. But it turns out, I was fooling myself all along.

I was living my life according to how I thought I was supposed to live it, rather than how I was meant to live it… Do you know what I mean?

So imagine my surprise the day I realized that I had actually achieved many of the goals and dreams I had on my list only to realize that it didn’t make me happy. I didn’t feel fulfilled and I still felt like there was something different that was calling me or waiting for me…

And then it began to be clearer. I had made lots of choices in my life but I hadn’t made the ones that resonated most with my heart. I didn’t know how to connect to my intuition in a way that gave me the guidance I needed to nourish my soul.

So my proverb is this: When You Feel Yucky, You Are Really Quite Lucky! Yes. That is my gift to the world of self help and personal growth.

Our emotions have a language of their own and as we begin to learn and understand the language, everything in and around us can change for the better!
