Interestingly, given that Joe has been around poker since before GTO was even introduced, he shared some fascinating view points on what the true crux of winning at poker really is. The spoiler here is that Joe admits that, while the foundations are important, he doesn’t use GTO calculators or solvers. He believes poker is a game of getting inside the mind of your opponent and using those aspects to your advantage.
