Logan Utah, home to Utah State University, and the infamous Angie’s kitchen sink, has always been looked at as an old farming city in the Northern Utah area, but that’s changed over the last few years. With a big boom of new homes and businesses cropping up, the Logan area is quickly becoming one of the most sought after little big cities in Utah.

Logan is known for being the home of the Aggies, but these days you’ll find some of the biggest restaurant chains, nicest medical facilities, and newest housing developments around, while still managing to keep a very small town feel with its beloved local restaurants and historical downtown district. Some of the cons are that, as with any growing city, there’s more traffic and much of the housing in the area are rentals due to the university and growing medical practices.

That being said, the location and economic opportunity make it a great place to call home.
