Описание: If you’re grieving the loss of someone you love, this mindfulness meditation is for you.

After losing my mother recently, I created and voiced this guided meditation mostly for myself.

But, if you are dealing with grief I hope this reflection helps you to pause, breathe, and remember, with no pressure to “move on.”

There’s no right way to grieve. There’s only your way. Just remember, this hurts because you love. And love does not end.
