India may further reduce import duties on Harley-Davidson motorcycles, US wines, and bourbon whiskey as part of ongoing India-US trade talks. The government is also considering increasing US exports of pharmaceutical items, organic and inorganic chemicals. Sources indicate that the duty on Harley motorcycles, already reduced from 50% to 40%, may be cut further.
