DPP Haji optimistic of recovering stolen NYS billions

Director of public prosecutions Noordin Haji has revealed to Citizen TV that the 47 suspects being prosecuted over national youth service graft are just the first in what is expected to be a massive case. What's more, he says the 468 million shillings involved in the first case is just the tip of the iceberg and he is sure that the total amount of money lost at NYS may be more than 4 billion shillings. He spoke just hours after the anti-corruption court released on bail another 8 NYS suspects, leaving 31 behind bars.
