MBSC Exercise of the Week - Bilateral Hip Lift

Activation is an important part of every warmup. In our athlete warmup, we do this specific exercise every day. It’s called a Bilateral Hip Lift. Lie down with your knees in the air and feet on the floor. Drive your heels through the floor, and squeeze your glutes as hard as you can at the top of the movement. Do this five times during your warmup, and get your muscles ready for action!
