INGRADIENTS:-
1/2Cup Jaggery soaked in hot water
1/4cup Tamarind socked in hot water
Once it become soft then mash the both ingradient take out all the pulp in a big bowl and discard the waste.
GREEN CHATNEY
4cup Green coriander leaves roughly chopped
1cup Mint leaves
8 Green chilli spicy
1inch Ginger peeled and chopped
8 Green Garlic
1tsp Black salt
1/2tsp salt
1 lemon juice
Grind all the ingradient into fine paste. and keep aside
MASALA
2tbsp Coriander seed
1tbsp Cumin seed
5 Redchilli whole
Roast till good aromas releases then remove from the flame keep to cool
Grind into fine powder.
MAKING OF PANI
Take the Tamarind Jaggery mixture Add 4tbsp Green chatny
11/2tbsp Masala powder mix it well
Add black salt as per taste .
Add lots of ice and water to bring proper consistency
Add 1/2cup boondi and the pani is ready to fill in puris
FILLING
Take drypeas soaked over night now
Take a cooker add the Soaked dry peas and 2 potato
1tsp salt
1/2tsp Turmeric powder
1/2tsp Redchilli powder spicy
1 Bayleaf
1 glass water
Give 5 Whistle keep aside to cool
take out all water and mix mashed potato and dry peas and 1/2cup boondi
Add Grinded Masala 1tbsp
1tbsp Green chatny, 1/2tsp salt
mix everything well
and the filling is ready.
PREPARATION
Take 7 puris in a plate make a hole in a puri with finger on top of the puri
Fill the puri with filling and dip into the tamarind pani and eat.
