During "Halloweentown".
It appears that this video goes against the common belief that Disney Channel's branding came out on October 7, 2002 because of many reasons here.
1. There's an ad for Kim Possible's Villan-A-Thon that's for October 14, 2002 and the only time Halloweentown aired on prior to that marathon was on the 6th.
2. During the credits of Halloweentown, Uncle Buck was promoted as "airing tomorrow at 8/7c." The only time that movie aired on Disney Channel during the month of October that year was October 7th.
