So it's been ages since an update on bedtime routine. In all honestly not lots changed. It works so we just won't mess with it. Proved last week when we put the boys to bed over an hour later and they were still up the next day around 05:30 so going top bed later doesn't give us more sleep or them. Also spent a few hours sorting through their toys and making train tracks and caught a bit of footage showing George learning and with some great encouragement from his brother Matthew.
