Описание:
"Baby Boomers Can Dance" is a Musical/Comedy set in North America in modern times. It tells the story of Dot, a Baby Boomer who, when teased by the wealthy, jet-setting women in her Bridge Club for being boring, decides to spice up her dreary life by taking dance lessons. On the advice of her flamboyant upstairs neighbor, Elvis, an Elvis impersonator, Dot phones the local dance studio, Blanche's Ballroom Boys, and asks to hire a tango teacher. However, because she is using old technology, Dot is misunderstood and, instead of sending a tango teacher, the dance school sends a "tonguo" teacher instead. This movie contains twelve original songs and could be animated. The cost of using the songs would be included in the purchase price of the movie for an interested producer or investor.
"Baby Boomers Can Dance" placed quarter finalist in four international screenplay competitions. The screenwriter, Pam Price, won two medal awards, a Silver Medal for Outstanding Achievement and a Bronze Finalist Medal from the Global Music Awards 2020 in the category of lyrics/songwriter.
