I have therefore modified 8 T-shaped hydraulic fittings and I have inserted 12 ball bearings that are quite small and very fluid, which will ensure solidity and manageability to the whole project!
I screwed 4 hydraulic tubes in raw iron very cheap to make 2 parallel arms that through the gears will move in the opposite direction.
In fact, the two gears rotate in the opposite direction .. and this movement is transferred through two large screws to the green T-shaped fittings that drag the parallel arms.
Two bases (one in plastic and one in aluminum) will become the supports for the camera and the attachment to the tripod.
The total weight is about 2 kg
But I plan to lighten everything by repeatedly equipping the iron pipes.
A good solution to reduce the weight may be to choose gears made of carbon or fiberglass mixed with plastic.
For the rest I am very satisfied with the project.
