This is the 2nd part of the 5 part UMBRELLA workout series which consists of a full body workout working various muscles such in the arms, core and legs.
3x minute warmup
1x minute stretch, stretching shoulders, wrists, calf muscles, quadriceps and hamstrings.
3x sets take a 30 second - 1min break between each set
Wrist Flex (x10)
1x arm umbrella raises (x10each arm)
Half umbrella hops (x10)
Umbrella Walks (x10)
Umbrella Open Squats(x10)
