Naively we didn't expect snow at the Grand Canyon in March, but it made for some epic hikes as part of our Arizona road trip. We get used to starting our hikes in the cold, ice and deep snow, hiking down precarious mule trails into the warmth of the canyon below, and then we look forward to a steep climb back to the rim at the end of the day.
Join us as we venture down the Kaibab and Bright Angel Trails as part of our 3 day stay on the South rim of the Grand Canyon during our 4 week road trip, exploring the best that Arizona and Utah has to offer.
We are Richard and Jackie and we live in the UK. Our plans for early requirement include relocating to the Yorkshire Dales, developing our forever home and travelling the UK, Europe and eventually the world in our VW campervan Nelson.
You will soon realise that we are complete YouTube beginners with all the challenges of creating and publishing videos ahead of us, not to mention uploading when on the road.
